Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details.

How It Works

    1. Place Your Order
      Select your collection (Bare Bubble Letters, Teddy Bubble Letters or Coloured Collection with Signature Shine), customise your letters/name, choose your size and colour, and add to cart.
    2. Checkout
      Complete your purchase using PayPal, Square, direct card payment, or Afterpay. Your order will be confirmed via email.
    3. Production
      Your custom order is 3D-printed and prepared. This typically takes 5-7 business days. For Coloured Collection orders, items are hand-painted and finished with our Signature Shine.
    4. Shipping
      Once production is complete, your order is carefully packaged and shipped. You'll receive a tracking number via email.
    5. Delivery
      Your package arrives at your door! We take care to ensure your items arrive safely and in perfect condition.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We package all orders carefully to prevent damage. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package with the courier.

What's the best way to care for my items?

Our items are made from durable eco-friendly PLA. For Bare Bubble Letters, you can paint or display them as-is. For Coloured Collection items, dust gently with a soft cloth. Keep away from direct heat sources.
